“I contacted Jim for 1 to 1 public speaking lessons as I wanted to be able to give presentations and speeches on The Bowen Technique therapy. I wasn’t convinced that Jim could help me being as I was very nervous, lacking in confidence and I felt I was a gibbering wreck just by saying a sentence among strangers. Jim had confidence in my ability and assured me that I would learn quickly with his techniques. It only took a few sessions, and I had the confidence to do a 2-minute pitch, and I also had the confidence to post videos of myself pitching on social media. The big break came when I did a 25-minute presentation at a mind, body, and spirit fayre.
